Analysis of Your Organization and Needs
Long before we write a single line of code we want to know about how your organization works. This includes your work flow, the demographic of your work force, the demographic of your audience, the project budget and what goals (short term and long term) you have set for your custom membership software. Knowing this information helps us clearly define your project and provides the framework we need to provide a detailed overview and quote.
The Quoting Process (Blueprinting)
All projects that we accept are blueprinted. Part 1 of the blueprinting process includes detailed line by line specifications of how your software will work including field counts, functionality and logic. Part 2 is a detailed data flow schematic which shows how data will flow from start to finish. The combination of these two documents allows us to provide and accurate quote and completion time frame for your project. It also ensures that we have a firm understanding of your needs and that all parties are on the same page. Blueprinting is free for packages we offer. If the project falls outside of the scope of our package offerings a small fee will be required. Blueprint fees are refunded if the blueprint is executed into a contract for the project.
Design & Pre-Programming
With our blueprint in hand we get right to work designing and pre-programming your custom membership software. Pre-programing allows transparent and collaborative communication on what the user interfaces will look like and how they will work. This phase allows us to easily make adjustments and modifications. Once pre-programming is completed and approved we move on to the next phase which is actual programming.
Programming
With a foundation already laid from the blueprint and pre-programming phases we now start creating a working application. This is the exciting phase when your project begins to come to life! Using our exclusive processes, IT tools and proven techniques, your new custom membership software is professionally produced, meticulously documented and thoroughly tested.
Deployment
Using state-of-the-art remote communication technology, we expertly install, configure and test your new software on your servers or if you prefer we can install it on ours. We provide complete source code, documentation and training. We never leave you hanging! Once your software is deployed and launched we will be here whenever you need technical support or system upgrades.
