Our Basic Membership Software Package is designed for organizations that need to offer fee based membership subscriptions. It provides all of the same features that our starter membership software package offers plus the ability to accept payments for sign up and renewal.

Members can sign up and pay online and administrators can access membership subscription information at any time from any computer with a web browser.

Public Website Areas

Secure Membership Sign Up / Renewal Page w/ up to 15 standard fields and payment fields;
Secure Connection to Payment Processing* (Authorize.net or PayPal);
Membership Confirmation Page and Emails (Member and Administrator).

Administration Areas

Single User Login;
Ability to Add/Edit/Delete Members;
Downloadable Excel Member Report by Date Range.

Automated Processes

Automated Membership Subscription Email Renewal Reminder;
Automated Membership Renewal Reminder Note to Members Record.

Hosting and Database

1 Year Professional Database Hosting;
1 Year Secure Socket Layers Certification (SSL Certification);
1 Year Cron Nightly Automation Services;
10 mySQL Database w/ Unlimited Records.

Low One Time Up Front Fee - $395.00

This membership software package can be used with an existing website or by itself. A La Carte Features & Functions can be easily added.

*Payment processing requires an account with Authorize.net or PayPal. Other payment processors can be used but additional charges may apply.

*Hosting renewal fees are a monthly charge after the first year and discounts may be available depending on current promotions. This membership software package requires renewal for at least one year after your initial year of service.
